RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can request an exchange or return for the product you purchased on dogist.co within 14 working days from the delivery date.

RETURN

To start your return process, contact us via info@dogist.co with an e-mail containing your name, order number, the product you want to return and the reason for the return. When your mail reaches us, your return process will be started.

EXCHANGE

To start your exchange process, send us your name, order number, product information you want to change via info@dogist.co. When your mail reaches us your exchange process will be started.

Exchange and refund process only valid with the products that packaging is intact, unused and can be resold. Returns of products with tags removed, original packaging damaged, used or destroyed will not be accepted.

Product return requests are not accepted after the 14 days withdrawal period has expired.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are pay by the buyer.

The cost of the product you return will be refunded to your credit card at the latest within 7 days.
